Operating structure as at 31 May 2019 NEW OPERATING STRUCTURE We have spent the last 18 months redesigning our operating structure which is now being implemented across the Group. The structure is designed to significantly improve customer centricity through the creation of new routes to market that include efficient processes and technology that are built around customer needs and value sets, ensuring that agility is embedded and adopted throughout our Company. In addition, we have leveraged both skill and scale across the Group. This scalable and efficient model supports the Group’s growth agenda and frees up resources for new skills and technology application.
