Activation Planning, Training and Development
Well integrated approach between brand, channel and customer plans
Development of the activities for operational support structure. National roll out of projects to be managed from end to end
Provides routine market intelligence (feedback) on current market conditions and/or opportunities that may affect sales or category share of product. Collects and reports information on network operators
Assist in identifying growth opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives.
Proactively learn to effectively understand and appropriately communicate competitive products, market trends, and pertinent technologies.
Participate in analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats across the various networks as assigned in collaboration with management.
Information gathering and research to identify training needs
Design and Deliver training programs to the T3 agents and other 3rd party staff.
Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs;
Producing training materials for in-house courses;
Managing the delivery of training and development programs.
Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;
Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Report on the effectiveness of training sessions
Uploading all marketing, training info and any other additional info required onto the T3SA App
Strong understanding and competency within the social media space and must Interact on social media.
liaising with the T3SA web developers regarding any changes or new info that needs to be added to the various T3 client websites.
Assists the company with the selling out of Starter Packs.
Lead customization and implementation of integrated marketing communication.
Creates and maintains consistent site visit schedule when necessary
Ensures product look and display is consistent with protocol, plan-o-gram compliance, overall appearance and above presentation standards of competitive products.

Builds and maintains long-term trusting relationships with T3 Agents, location/region management, and client management where neccessary

Requirements of the Job
Minimum 2 years’ experience in service delivery or sales role
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing
