Responsibilities

Processes and procedures

  • Ensure processes are followed and tasks are completed within the given TAT
  • Attend to email queries and ensure this is up to date daily
  • Book-in & Dispatch of customer handsets. (Dealer / Walk-in Customers).
  • General Admin work.
  • Liaising with clients
  • Generating quotes.
  • Receiving orders.
  • General client/supplier enquiries.
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer Service attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Must be able to interact with clients.
