Job Purpose

Talent Administrator plays an important part in the recruitment process. They work closely with recruitment managers and specialists and provide them major support services. Recruitment Administrators are in charge of finding the most qualified candidates for job openings. Recruitment Administrator can work in major recruiting companies and agencies or in every company that has a Human Resources department. Recruitment Administrator are entry-level employees and their duties may include administrative tasks and also specific recruitment activities. The advancement prospects are quite high, with hard work and extended knowledge on recruitment process, Recruitment Administrator can become specialists.


Recruitment Group

  • Proper recruitment profiles are to be developed
  • Effective recruiting and staffing process followed, inclusive of grade.
  • Request and verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the manager.
  • Arrange for Credit and criminal checks as well as verification of qualifications for prospective applicants.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to managers in respect of suitable applicants;
  • Recruitment practices are aligned to organisational objectives
  • Maintain shorter recruitment cycles
  • Arrange regular meetings with management, in terms of staff requirements, progress and recruitment process
  • Interview schedules

Recruitment Advertising

  • Follow company policy with correct advertising processes for candidates
  • Make sure that all adverts contain correct information and are in the correct format
  • Ensure that adverts are placed on line with job site vendors timely

Maintain all adverts placed on line

  • Recruitment documentation collation
  • Preparation of correct information for job offers
  • All correct documentation to be collated to ensure that the job offer to the prospective candidate can be drafted timeously.
  • Customer service
  • To offer excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • To display a customer orientation,
  • To embody the “customer is king” philosophy
Requirements of the Job

2 years experience in similler role 

Minimum qualifications
  • Grade 12 Matric
  •  Applicable Human Resource Qualification (NQF6)
