Job Purpose

Responsible for processing Customer orders/Supplier Orders/Rica Registrations


Admin Management

  • Customer account creation
  • Supplier account creation
  • Efficiently and accurately process Customer Orders
  • Liaise with customers, offer excellent customer service
  • Efficiently and accurately process Supplier Orders
  • Process Rica Applications from Agent/Merchant
  • Verify Rica applications submitted via RICA applications
  • Manage expense claims on behalf of team
  • Manage reconciliations and cash up forms after events/launches
  • Assist with launch planning, accommodation, etc.
  • Filing
  • Miscellaneous admin tasks
  • Assisting the Operations Manager and Sales Executive on ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements of the Job

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Telecoms

Minimum qualifications
  • Minimum Matric with Accounting
  • Relevant Finance qualification

  • In-depth knowledge of the mobile industry, with an understanding of all networks pricing policies and value ads
  • Having an accurate understanding of the T3 Telecoms SA product offerings
