Job Purpose

You will be responsible for assisting clients with issues via a ticketing system, email and telephone, as well as helping to maintain good delivery rates to all destinations through multiple gateways and suppliers as well as Monitoring various gateways, assisting clients and internal staff that have logged tickets telephonically or via the ticketing system, drawing reports and training on the gateway where necessary

Requirements of the Job

2 years experience 

Minimum qualifications
  • Matric
  • Relevant Certificate in Information Systems (Engineering)
  • Short course/training in Customer service/support/relations

  • Working knowledge of Support software
  • Working knowledge of documentation practices
