Job Purpose

To provide a professional Sales service to GloCell Distribution

Requirements of the Job

3 years experience

Minimum qualifications
  • Matric 
  • Marketing and Sales degree and/or course advantageous

Identify Business Opportunities

  • Cold Calling
  • Lead Generation
  • Obtain ReferralsFollow up on leads
  • Sign Up of new customers 
  • Attain regional sales targets

Adhere to Sales and VP Processes

  • Complete relevant documentation 
  • Offer best and complete solution to customers
  • Provide competitor and market reports
  • Roll Out and training of new customers 
  • Submit monthly forecasts & pipelines of new business
  • Follow case logging procedures
  • Provide strategy documents on request

Key Account Management

  • Call Cycle management & reporting
  • Time management with customers -> monthly and adhoc visits
  • Assistance with customer queries and problem resolution.
  • Provide product information & fulfil additional store training requirements
  • Upsell and cross sell products (“farm” existing customers)
  • Assist with store activations 
  • Replenishment and set up of marketing POS
  • Relationship building, monthly meetings and entertaining with key Channel Partner’s respective BCs, Sales Representatives and Regional Managers to extract full value. 

Customer Service

  • Offer excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • To embody the “customer is king” philosophy
