Job Purpose

Main job purpose is to provide a professional Administration Service to the company.


Key Responsibility Areas

Query Resolution

  • High quality resolution of queries logged either by email or CRM system.
  • Ensuring all queries are resolved within turnaround time agreed with client’s i.e Edcon; Dealers
  • Escalation system errors or high priority queries to supervisor or manager.
  • Effective follow-ups with clients to bring final closure to queries with no repeats.

Retention and Investigation

  • Effective retention of client base by reducing number of cancellations processed.
  • Effective investigation of query to prevent unnecessary refunds and cancellations

Customer Education

  • Assisting customers with information regarding pricing, products and services offered by the Company.

Customer Service

  • To offer excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • To display a customer orientation,
  • To embody the “customer is king” philosophy
Requirements of the Job
  • 1 year+ preferably telecoms experience
Minimum qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12
