The regional manager is responsible for the achievement of the sales revenue and key targets, through the management and execution of the blue label distribution strategy in the region.
The successful candidate will be required to execute the BLD sales strategy. This will entail the achievement of the sales revenue and other identified targets through the implementation of the key growth focus areas as identified.
The regional manager is expected to implement and manage the following focus areas as well as any additional that may be introduced with the region:
Hub and Spoke, Main Market Retail and Key Accounts Strategy

|Requirements of the Job|
Preferably a 3-year marketing/sales diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
The successful incumbent must have excellent communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner. They must be willing to work outside of official business hours and be open to relocation and travel. A strong influencer, the regional manager must show agility in communicating across different organizational levels and departments. In addition, they must have:
