With Blue Label Connect’s cost effective mobile sales and billing platforms – a virtual store – customers can purchase products and services through multiple digital mechanisms using their mobile phones.

Our business proposition is based on the ability to offer our retail and wholesale partners a digital sales component that allows new ways of transacting beyond a physical store footprint and extends the value proposition that they offer to their customers.

We offer our customers variable payment mechanisms for their subscription packages – up-front payment, credit facilities, debit orders, or payment via partner-store accounts and mobile wallets. In addition, we are able to supply products from the mobile network operators: Vodacom, MTN and Cell C, in conjunction with content from companies within the Blue Label Telecoms group (such as Cellfind and ViaMedia), prepaid electricity through Cigicell, and ticketing through ticketpro, as well as a number of third party providers, including insurance, health care, security and gaming providers.

Our billing and customer management systems can be directly integrated with the billing systems of our retail and wholesale partners, allowing for real-time billing of accounts. We are active in the areas of payroll administration, call centres, micro-lending and banking.
